Age Verification Finally Here

If you didn’t see my recent newsletter or post in the Fetlife Group, I’m just trying to let everyone know that age verification is finally coming to Trannies in Trouble, probably starting sometime during the week of May 10th.

If you’re outside of the US or are in a US state that hasn’t passed age verification laws, then you shouldn’t notice any changes. But if you’re in one of the US states with age verification requirements then you’ll likely be asked to do a facial scan to access the site. And in six of the strictest state — Texas, Florida, Virginia, Utah, Louisiana, and Arkansas — you’ll also be asked to scan your driver’s license. The system though does NOT keep any of your personal information. Everything happens in the browser and then the data is discarded once the age verification process is completed. There’s more information at Safe Passage, which is the company I’m using.

I’m not happy at all doing this but the laws have changed so there are legal risks with not complying. Of course, I’m probably not supposed to mention the widespread use of VPNs (Utah’s new law specifically targets VPN use), but you can be sure that VPN downloads have skyrocketed since the passage of all these cumbersome laws. In any case, it took me a long time to get everything set up, but unfortunately these new laws are here to stay.
