Well, it looks like my MySpace profile hath disappeared – very strange. I was really busy for a few days and couldn’t log in much and when I got back – nothing. It is mildly frustrating, though not enough to lose any sleep over. I sometimes hear people say that they’re being censored or discriminated against when their profiles get deleted, but I don’t like to jump to conclusions. Who really knows why a profile disappears? All we can really say is that one day it was there and the next day it wasn’t. For all I know it could just as easily be a server glitch that vaporized it, or some especially active sunspots. Who knows?
I’ll probably make another profile at some point, though honestly I never liked MySpace that much because it’s so painfully slow. Sometimes I would click on a picture or a link to someone’s profile and the site would just churn away for a couple minutes before showing up. Of all the networking sites I’ve been on it has to be about the slowest. So taking a break from the thing is actually sort of welcome. In any case, if you’re on MySpace and sent me an email or a friend request it’s lost in the vapors somewhere.
Hi Sandra. I am not trying to jump either, But! my profile that had been up for over 2 years with no problems and with no notice was deleted, then created a new one and in less than a week that one was deleted as well. I do follow the rules so I am leaning towards a discrimination problem with myspace and I do not think I will be creating another profile there anytime soon. The funny thing about my last profile is that it is still there Lol!! I sent an email to let them know that if they are not going to allow me back to immeadiately remove my profile and you can see what happened with that. Babs

I hear you, Babs. It is strange having two profiles deleted, and the second one in only a week. The way I look at it is that, yes, it could very well be a discrimination thing. For myself, though, I try not to go there because I’ll just drive myself crazy with frustration and anger. But yeah, it could very well be that – just hard to say for sure. I wonder too if maybe having links to my website and parties and classes might have been an issue, being seen as commercial links and advertising. Maybe so, maybe not. I wish there were some way to really find out but alas…

Seems that I got an email earler that Yahell was going to stop haveing Adult Profiles, and that I should find another pic for my page (it was a fourn letter…thay assume that all adult pages have nasty pics frounting them).
Anyways, I realy don’t cair to much…but your profile was proably a victom of Yahell’s censorship because of the removal of adult profiles. Sucks big time.
Do not worry Sandra I was frustrated and pissed enough for both of us Lol!! I cannot repeat what I told Tom and customer service over at my space, I think it is safe to say they will not let me back anytime soon or later even Lol!! To me they try to fake the reasons or give none at all and do not even reply back when you question them. Reminds me of the Man Behind the Curtain (Wizard of Oz) weasels Lol!! Babs

access to my profile disappeared as well. the page was still there, but myspace had no record of my e-mail and without that i couldn’t get back in.
i believe someone hacked into or phished my password and then changed the settings. i don’t believe it was myspace people because the whole thing would have just disappeared. maybe it was a cd hater or just another right wing asshole. i reported the page as having been phished from my other page and i guess myspace deleted it.
i started a new page (search for it at myspace e-mail settings under fatforty2001@yahoo.com), but myspace really isn’t that interesting anymore.
i have posted a lot of photos at flickr (kate11210) and like that a bit better.
anyway, life goes on.
Well, mine too and I was going to try and rebuild it because it is a lot of fun to see what other girls are doing, look like, and is so much more colorful than Yahoo. But from the sounds of it, it looks like MySpace went on a vendetta against the bondage community. I read that even some of the bondage models of the gg persuasion lost their sites, so that is what I assume happened. It’s too bad, because most were tasteful and low key. Well, I guess we’ll concentrate on our Yahoo site, my Mistress and I. Take care and stay bound my pretties.

Sandra, I finally finished the picture I was drawing of you and went on to post it and found you were gone! I haven’t been on MySpace myself much either, so it’s taken me this long to find out.
